Check-in with a medical question. Traditional to holistic, all questions welcome as my approach encompasses body, mind, and spirit. Dealing with symptoms, concerned about COVID-19, new medical issues, just need to talk, meditation coaching to calm down, not sure what’s going on. I don’t have all the answers, but reach out for a start with this 15-minute visit.
