Want to see an actual distance healing session?
I’ve been doing energy healing sessions by telephone with some of my clients. This had been really helpful in TeleHealth sessions. Exploring physical complaints, emotional imbalance like anxiety and mood, even life challenges like “I just don’t feel right,” I have been continually impressed by the power of presence (which I will call energy) even when I talk with a client on the phone. I know that presence in my office (sometimes called beside manner) is an important part of healing. Over the internet or phone, I use the same tool of embodied empathy to track clients and support healing.
During these strange times when many people are working remotely and we are only connecting in our heads, even if you are leading meetings or just connecting to friends, it is helpful to learn to connect remotely in a fully embodied way. You are using these very different “energy muscles.” These embodiment skills help in-person and even touch therapists translate what they do into distance healing sessions.
