“I was surprised that the process of playing in a safe environment with no judgement about how I moved, wrote, painted or sang created an opening of my soul that has been dormant for a long time. Each activity was introduced with passion and fluidity that was absolutely brilliant. I hope you make this an annual event. I feel renewed and inspired to write the following.”

Rediscovering Play Residential Retreat
We’re hitting the Re-Play Button. We were so inspired by our first group of participants that we’re doing it again in 2020. Twice!
Dr. Joel Ying, Deb Jewett, and their Kindred Spirits return with a workshop retreat on accessing an attitude of play.
“Play is the Process.” ~Dr. Joel Ying, MD
To re-set, re-imagine, re-inspire, re-joice, you need to re-work and re-play. We explore the balance of work and play, learning to harness an attitude of play to find creativity, passion, and purpose. Avoid burnout, get inspired, discover a new life path.
Play needs a safe healing community where we can confront our limiting beliefs. We facilitate safe healing spaces, free from judgment, to have fun and express joy. We do it all through play. We are right next to you playing too.
“Play is serious work.” ~Dr. Joel Ying, MD (Truth has a bit of fun paradox in it.)
These workshops are limited to less than 20 participants. No play experience necessary. Learn more about the play-filled workshop activities at RediscoveringPlay.com.
