More than a decade ago, I was at a conference center for a workshop when I heard the call of the drums. Yes, I literally heard drums calling the class back into circle. I felt the calling. The problem: it was not my class! I went home and found a drum circle at the beach so that I could soak up the sound of the drum. The steady beat brought me deeply into the present moment. Some months later, I would enroll in that class by Suzanne Scurlock.

Integrating a felt sense of nurturing life energy throughout your entire body helps you establish a full personal container with strong, flexible, healthy boundaries. - EXPAND your perceptual lens
Expanding your perceptual lens enables you to see clearly, release expectations and limiting beliefs, and open fully to life. - CHOOSE nourishing resources moment to moment
