Millennials, also known as Generation Y or the Net Generation, were born between approximately 1982 to 2004. Every generation faces its own unique challenges. This generation has grown up with the Internet, instant communication, and social media. Every prior generation struggles to find the way to live in this new world, but the Millennials who grew up inside this modern world now must struggle to escape it. Millennials face a special challenge in being present with life.
